KSI Moves to New Facility

Burnsville, Minnesota, December 1st, 2008: For Immediate Release: KSI Swiss has successfully moved into its newly remodeled facility in a Minneapolis suburb. This new facility gives KSI the room to expand its ability to meet customer needs by offering more square footage for machine and spare parts inventory, demonstrations, as well as engineering assistance.

KSI Launches New Website

Minneapolis, MN, October 30, 2008: Effective October 31st, 2008, KSI launches a new website. This new website will give its customers a more complete location for all KSI Swiss related information. The products page has a complete list of specifications and photographs allowing
its customers to peer into the machines. KSI will also have forms for new customer information, surveys, as well as an informational blog.

KSI Relocates

Minneapolis, MN, September 25, 2008: Effective September 10th of 2008, KSI successfully relocated its headquarters a few miles away to a temporary location while our final destination is being built out. Our new temporary address is:

KSI Ownership Changes

Minneapolis, MN, June 23, 2008: Effective May first of 2008, Phil Berkness and Richard Pogin purchased KSI Swiss from the McBride family. This transaction is an exciting move forward for the company, which has added a new CFO Richard Pogin to the ranks of an already successful organization. Phil Berkness became the new CEO of the organization. With more than 20 years experience selling and supporting swiss style machines in the industry, Phil Berkness has always been driven to provide the best products, support, and service in the industry. Richard Pogin has 30 years of experience in the financial services field. He has been the primary person responsible for in excess of $100 million of real estate financings. The experience that Phil Berkness and Rich Pogin bring to the table provides KSI Swiss with a competitive advantage in the swiss market.
